Still have not received my refund for an event that is not happening. No one has replied to my multiple refund request that have been sent via email, social media and even the CEO Andy Naami of this nonexistent festival. So horrible!

We truly understand how frustrating this must be, especially after you’ve exhausted every avenue trying to get your refund. I’m sorry you’ve had to go through this.
To clarify, our company’s role was solely to promote the event through our platform. We were not involved in organizing, ticketing, or processing payments for this event, and therefore have no authority or access to issue refunds.
Since you’ve already contacted the event organizer and related parties without success, your best remaining options are:
Contact the original ticketing platform listed in your purchase confirmation to request a formal refund in writing.
If you do not receive a response, file a dispute or chargeback with your credit card company, bank, or payment service, including your proof of purchase and details of the cancellation.
While I wish we could resolve this for you directly, we are unable to intervene in the transaction. I truly hope these steps help you recover your funds quickly.
