The Marathon Continues. Nipsey Hussle’s legacy continues to live on in the heart of the city he loved. Join the community for the Nipsey Hussle Square Sign Dedication Ceremony honoring his life, impact, and enduring inspiration. City leaders and loved ones will unveil the new street sign as a way to pay tribute to Nipsey and honor his work in the LA area.⁣
The location holds special meaning, as the plaza remains owned by the South Los Angeles native’s family and is home to the Neighborhood Nip Foundation, which continues his community-focused work. Among those expected to attend are his brother #BlaccSam, CEO of The Marathon brand, along with Los Angeles City Council President Marqueece Harris-Dawson, Councilmember Heather Hutt and California State Assemblymember Isaac Bryan.
