Black on the Block – Juneteenth Festival 2025 in Downtown LA

It’s that time of the year! Join us for our 4 year anniversary and annual Juneteenth celebration! ✨

Featuring 150+ Black-owned businesses, live performances by Mario, THEY., and Reason. Enjoy 40 food vendors, drinks, special guests, activations, giveaways, gaming, VIP rooftop, and much more 🔥 Bring the whole family, this event is all ages!

Doors close at 7:30pm with no re-entry.

💎 VIP Experience (21+ only): Grab a VIP ticket and experience our indoor + outdoor lounge overlooking the festival! A VIP ticket includes a separate VIP entrance to the festival (faster line), open wine bar from 1-3pm, access to seating and cabanas (first come, first serve), photobooth, and VIP cash bars.

There will be NO tickets available for purchase at the door. You must purchase tickets online. Kids 12 & under get in free and do not need a ticket.

🚗 Parking: Limited street parking, parking lots and garages are available nearby. Uber/Lyft is HIGHLY suggested. TICKET POLICY: All tickets are final sale. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events. Our events are rain or shine. Once you have purchased a ticket, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded for any reason, including failure to attend the event or user errors made during the ticket purchase.

SECURITY POLICY: All attendees are subject to search by security and metal detectors.

BAG POLICY: Clear bags up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are allowed, including clear backpacks, fanny packs, and cinch bags. Small non-clear bags (max 4.5″ x 6.5″) are permitted on their own or inside a clear bag.
