[ARTIST FEATURE] KILO TAE DELIVERS HIS EP, “INFINITY”

Northeast Baltimore’s own Kilo Tae delivered his latest EP, ” Infinity”. Six songs filled with perspective and a glimpse of his grind. “Growing up in Baltimore prepares you for the worse”, Kilo Tae said. It explains the hustle in his music you hear right out the gate with “Bruce Wayne”, where he clearly makes a statement that you can’t stop his grind.

The third cut “Deep Thoughts, comes in with a catchy yet familiar sample. Kilo Tae dances over the beat with his words where he gives props to his brothers, pushes through life’s challenges, and tells us he’s never giving up.

Describing his music, Kilo Tae says his sound is original, motivational, fun type music meshed into one while speaking the truth. When he was younger he looked up to Gucci Mane, but his musical inspiration mostly came from watching Lil Wayne. You can definitely feel the inspiration but also the uniqueness of his point of view in his rhymes.

On track four, he admits that he is “Toxic”. Explaining that he can’t fall for the woman all the while changing topics to keep from opening up.

Kilo Tae 2nd shot

“Not too many artists make it out of Baltimore and seeing Lor Scoota make a buzz for himself back then pushed me to start writing music again.”⁣  -Kilo Tae

The final track from Infinity is titled “Jason”, Kilo Tae speaks on how he’s been under estimated and counted out at times. He puts on his mask like Jason, maneuvering through the challenges faced. So many can relate to this and have used this same concept to make it through.

Overall Kilo Tae is on to something and is someone to watch. Bringing his own perspective into his music, plus catchy tracks infused with a current vibe, Northeast Baltimore should be proud.
