This Hip Hop Experience includes a block party style FREE pre-show from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm, with Graffiti Artist, B-Boy Dancers, DJ’s, Surprise Celebrity Guest, Food Vendors, and more. The concert begins at 8:00 pm.
